OceanSky provides self-custodial software services. We do not manage or control your assets, smart contracts, or transaction execution on-chain. You are fully responsible for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and managing your wallet permissions.

3. Assumption of Risk

Cryptocurrency transactions and NFT trading carry inherent technical, financial, and regulatory risks. You understand that transactions executed via the blockchain are irreversible, and OceanSky holds no liability for losses resulting from protocol actions, network congestion, smart contract issues, or third-party exploits.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to wash trading, market manipulation, fraud, money laundering, or attempting to bypass security restrictions or API limits of the OceanSky protocol.

All software and tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OceanSky reserves the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue services temporarily or permanently at any time to preserve safety and stability.
