Common Issues

"Connector not connected" error

Cause: Wallet connector lost during async operation (common on mobile). Fix: Refresh the page and reconnect your wallet.

Airdrop claim failed

Cause: Insufficient balance or wrong network. Fix: Ensure you're on Base and have at least 0.00002 ETH for the fee + gas.

Quest not verifying

Cause: On-chain verification takes up to 15 seconds. Fix: Wait 30 seconds, then refresh the page.

Wrong network

Cause: Wallet is connected to a different chain. Fix: Click the network selector in your wallet and switch to Base (8453).

X account not linking

Cause: OAuth popup was blocked. Fix: Allow popups for oceansky.io and try again.

SP balance not updating

Cause: Cache delay. Fix: Pull down to refresh or wait a few seconds.
