Mint Structure
How the Ocean Spark mint works across three stages — GTD, Whitelist (FCFS), and Public Mint — including eligibility, how to qualify, and the full mint flow.
The Ocean Spark mint runs in three separate stages. Each stage has its own eligibility rules and allocation.
| Stage | Name | Allocation | Who Can Mint |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | GTD (Guaranteed) | 200 NFTs | 200 selected OceanSky ecosystem wallets |
| 2 | WL (Whitelist) | Up to 2,800 NFTs | 5,500 WL wallets, FCFS |
| 3 | Public Mint | Remaining NFTs, if any | Eligible public participants |
Stage 1: GTD (Guaranteed)
Allocation: 200 Ocean Spark NFTs. 200 eligible wallets are selected for this stage, ensuring a guaranteed mint for each wallet.
Who is eligible?
- OceanSky Community Role Holders
- OceanSky Ambassadors and selected KOLs
- OceanSky Supporters
This stage rewards OceanSky's supporters, KOLs, and contributors.
Mint fee
Free mint: 0 ETH. Only the applicable Ethereum network gas fee applies.
OceanSky may determine how many NFTs each eligible participant receives, based on its eligibility and allocation criteria.
Stage 2: WL (Whitelist)
Allocation: up to 2,800 NFTs. 5,500 users/wallets are selected for the Whitelist.
FCFS Minting
Because the number of eligible WL wallets (5,500) exceeds the WL allocation (2,800), the WL mint is strictly First-Come, First-Served (FCFS). Being whitelisted does not guarantee an NFT, so mint as quickly as possible once the stage opens.
How to qualify
OceanSky selects the 5,500 WL users through a dedicated campaign on its quest platform, where users take part in project-specific social quizzes and activities:
- Visit the official OceanSky quest platform campaign.
- Connect your social accounts.
- Complete the available OceanSky-related social quizzes and tasks.
- Meet the eligibility requirements and submit.
- WL winners are selected.
- The selected WL addresses and users are announced officially.
- A dedicated WL Checker goes live after the announcement.
- Use the WL Checker to verify your eligibility.
- Eligible users take part in the WL Mint (FCFS).
The final number of WL spots may depend on the campaign and its eligibility structure.
Mint fee
Approximately 0.0035 ETH per NFT. The final price is announced before the WL mint begins, and users also pay the applicable Ethereum network gas fee.
Stage 3: Public Mint
The Public Mint has no separate fixed allocation. It opens only if NFTs remain unminted after GTD and WL. Since 200 GTD + 2,800 WL = 3,000 NFTs, there is no Public Mint if everything mints out earlier.
Public Mint Supply = 3,000 − Actual GTD Mints − Actual WL Mints
Approximate mint fee: 0.007 ETH, plus gas.
The Complete Mint Flow
